Second Hand Sale

The 2026 Second Hand Sale is just around the corner! Last year’s sale was one of the most successful to date. With your help, we can outdo last year. Drop off starts on Saturday, June 6th through Wednesday, June 10th. The sale begins on Thursday afternoon, June 11th  at 4:00 p.m. and concludes on Saturday, June 13th at noon.  

Accepting:

• Shoes

• Handbags

• Accessories

• Laptops (with power cords)

• Printers (with power cords)

• Flat screen T.V.s only (with cords and remotes)

NOT Accepting:

• Clothing

• Desktop computers

• Arts and Crafts

• Yarn

The drop off dates for all your items that need a loving home are:  

• Saturday, June 6 | 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.        

• Sunday, June 7 | 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  

• Monday, June 8 | 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

• Tuesday, June 9 | 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

• Wednesday, June 10 | 8:00 a.m. – noon

Volunteers are needed during the drop off times, during the sale, and during clean up. Although we would love to be able to call each of you personally, we ask you to please contact Connie at sixverybusypeople@gmail.com or (309) 230-4610.

We are featuring Bookman’s Boutique, with those items that many consider to be a ‘cut above’ and Martha’s Kitchen, with all your wonderful baked goods.

• Get those baking pans and cookie sheets out so you can drop off your goodies.

• Grab a yard sign from the church. (date available to be determined)
