Catechetical Sunday

Catechetical Sunday is celebrated on the third Sunday in September. This is a day dedicated to commissioning and recognizing those in the Ministry of Catechesis and the importance of teaching the Catholic faith.

It emphasizes the importance of passing on the faith to future generations and encourages all members of the Church to participate in this mission. The day is rooted in the belief that catechesis is essential for the Church's growth and the spiritual development of it’s members.

At the 9:15 a.m. Mass on September 21st, Father Mark will commission all Seton and Religious Education teachers.
