The Catholic Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as the Sacrament of Penance, or Penance and Reconciliation) has three elements: conversion, confession and celebration. In it we find God's unconditional forgiveness, and as a result we are called to forgive others.
As Catholics, we believe that Confession is a visible, sacramental ritual of forgiveness, and we are required to partake of it at least once a year. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered at Sacred Heart weekly on Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or by appointment.
